Willows Oceanside...

The new accommodation is ideal for vacationers who want to enjoy the natural area, but still need to be in the city, or for snow birds or contract workers looking for a long term stay in Campbell River. The location is incredibly central for taking in local beaches, Mount Washington, Quadra Island, Miracle Beach, Saratoga Beach, downtown Campbell River…. and all services in Willow Point are just a short walk or bike ride away!

Rocky beaches, a nature estuary, a boat ramp for launching fishing boats and sailboats, shallow water for children to play in, and endless driftwood for bonfires on the beach are all just across the road. And a 5 minute walk leads you into the village of Willows Point, where you can sit in the sun in a sidewalk café for your morning cappuccino, or enjoy a cold beer with friends in the afternoon.

Newly constructed only 3 years ago, this lovely condominium is strategically designed to maximize the view of the ocean and allow wonderful light in through the ceiling to floor windows. The 3rd floor patio deck is very private, with nonstop viewing action of all the marine traffic travelling along the inside passage. You feel higher than the top deck of the cruise ships!

The suite is perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple, but also has space and sleeping capacities to accommodate a group or family of 4. There are 3 private rooms; the master bedroom hosts a King bed with an ensuite bath; the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a gorgeous view of the ocean, and the 3rd room is a den with a double sofa bed. The sleeping capacity could sleep up to 6, but the living space would feel small since the square footage is approximately 1200 square feet.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and lends well to chatting with other guests in the living room during meal preparations. Wood flooring, comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace contribute to the wonderful storm-watching in the winter.

When the outside show darkens in the evening, there is a large TV with satellite for viewing movies or your favourite shows. Keep one eye on the window, since the cruise ships tend to pass at night, twinkling with lights.

Wireless internet is available for those on a working holiday, and there is good cell reception. The den is a great office space.

Small dogs are permitted, as long as they are very well behaved and will not bother the other residents.

Location is super central…
Elk Falls and Snowden hiking/mountain biking trails are minutes away. Fresh seafood, orca or grizzly tours, and saltwater fishing are all available in the nearby marinas.
