Architect designed, and built with local Vancouver Island stone and cedar, the home is luxurious yet comfortable and relaxing. Warm and welcoming from the entryway on, the light and bright interior of this 2200 sq. ft., West Coast style home is tastefully and simply decorated.

The cosy living room overlooks the deck, waterfront lawn, fieldstone patio, firepit, and the ocean beyond. A massive floor to vaulted-ceiling stone wall fireplace is the highlight of living area. The open dining room links the living area to the gourmet kitchen, equipped with all the conveniences and stainless steel appliances. Or if you want more ease during your holiday, concierge service can be easily arranged by the owner who lives in a separate private studio.

 

Three large and comfortable bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, provide comfort and privacy. Caution: the view from the master bedroom and the 2 person soaker tub may entice you to linger longer in the king-sized bed than planned!

Set back just 30 feet from high tide, this Campbell River vacation rental home has 120 feet of ocean front. It will entice you to stay home and relax, simply enjoying the privacy, the beautiful scenery, the passing marine traffic in Discovery Passage, and wildlife such as eagles, seals, dolphins and orca whales. Tidal pools and beachcombing are just steps away. In the evening, soak up the sunsets and view the many cruise ships gliding by as you enjoy a fire in the waterfront fieldstone firepit.

Enjoy walking, cycling or rollerblading on the beachfront path that leads past your driveway along several miles of Vancouver Island shoreline. Two year round 18 hole golf courses are available in Campbell River. Within the city of Campbell River, you will find easy access to hiking, tennis, salmon and fly fishing, shopping, theatres, and First Nations performances.

Other unique activities in the Campbell River area include swimming with the salmon, kayaking, hiking in near-by Strathcona Park, and scenic sightseeing flights over the surrounding area. Skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing are awesome on Vancouver Island! Only 30 minutes away is Mount Washington with its 1200 acres of terrain and 8 lifts.
