  • to provide advice and information for preparing property for vacation rental
  • to provide quality website promotion
  • to provide other advertising that reaches prospective visitors
  • to handle all guest enquiries, reservations, and agreements
  • to handle all financial transactions (collecting and dispersing security deposits, rent, credit card transactions, taxes, and fees)
  • to handle all arrangements with guests
  • to provide you with monthly statements detailing all transactions
  • to organize and co-ordinate extra services if requested / required (eg. cleaners, grounds keepers and property maintenance on a contract basis).
